1.Do you need assistance with the entry form?
 The Request Access entry form allows you to submit information for a new user to be created within BudExchange.com. The entry form requires certain fields to be entered, and verifies the format when appropriate. Please make sure you have entered all required fields indicated by a red asterisk shape. If you are prompted that fields are invalid or missing, please correct the indicated field and resubmit the form. The following field definitions will assist you to accurately complete the entry form.
  • Requestor First Name, Last Name, Telephone, and E-mail Address: A Requestor is the person filling out the entry form. Providing a Requestor section permits requests to be submitted on behalf of another person.
  • E-mail Addresses: All E-mail Address fields must be entered in a valid format (e.g., test@test.com).
  • User First Name, Last Name, Telephone, E-mail Address, and Job Title: The User is the person requiring access to BudExchange.com, or for whom the new account is to be created. Please fill in this section with the appropriate information for the user. If the User is the same as the Requestor, you may click the link at the top of the User section to fill the user fields with the information from the Requestor section.
  • Do you want the user entered setup like an existing user?: This question will assist the BudExchange Administrator to determine the user privileges and properties needed. If you choose Yes to this question, a text box to the right will appear allowing you to enter the BudExchange User ID or name of the user you would like the new account to be set up like.
  • Company Name: The Company Name is the primary name of the company that employs the user to be created. Provide enough text to ensure the BudExchange Administrator can properly identify your organization.
  • Address Line 2: The Company Location allows you to enter the physical location where you work independent of the Company Name.
  • AB InBev Contact Section: This section allows you to enter the AB InBev contact who can be reached for additional questions regarding your request.
  • Business Functions and Applications: You must select at least one BudExchange application for the account to be created. Applications are associated with business functions to assist you in determining the appropriate applications to request. Select a Business Function to see the applications associated with each function.
  • Pincode: The Pincode image is located on the last step of the request process. Please enter the character string from the image into the Pincode text field. Please view the other Pincode help items for more information regarding the Pincode image.
2.Are you getting an error submitting the entry form?
 The entry form requires certain fields to be entered, and verifies the format when appropriate. Please make sure you have entered all required fields indicated by a red asterisk. If you are prompted that fields are invalid or missing, please correct the indicated field and resubmit the form.
If you are receiving the Warning message ("An Exception was encountered creating the request...") on the confirmation page, an error was encountered by the system. Please print off the error message including the expanded details. Attempt to submit your form again at a later time. 3.Do you not see a Pincode on the entry form?
 The Pincode image is located on the last step of the request process. Generation of an image happens each time the page loads. Sometimes the image will take a few moments (within a minute) to be generated and load on the page. If you still do not see a Pincode image, try refreshing the page, or click on the link below the image to have a new Pincode generated.
4.Can you not read the Pincode on the entry form?
 The Pincode image is utilized to help prevent malicious usage of the entry form. The generated image attempts to eliminate automated code from submitting the form by requiring human interpretation of the Pincode. Thus it can be difficult to read at times. If you cannot read the Pincode image, click on the link below the image to have a new Pincode generated. You may repeat this as many times as needed until you are able to read the code
5.Are you having difficulty with selecting applications?
 Applications appear once a business function has been selected. Applications are associated with business functions to assist in determining what applications a user might require. 6.Do you not see a confirmation page after the entry form?
 After the entry form is submitted, a confirmation page should be presented to you. If you do not see a page with confirmation information listed, or a page with a Warning message, then most likely a severe failure occurred. 7.What is the Pincode and why is it needed?
 The Pincode image is utilized to help prevent malicious usage of the entry form. The generated image attempts to eliminate automated code from submitting the form by requiring human interpretation of the Pincode.
8.How will I be notified that my BudExchange account has been created?
 After submitting the form to request access for a BudExchange application, the form will be handled by an A-B business contact or a representative of your company who will approve and/or reject your request. You will receive emails from the BudExchange system notifiying you of either action (e.g., approval or rejection) that will contain the necessary information to support accessing BudExchange.com or will provide the reason as to why your request was rejected.
